Our ideal candidate is a Nurse Practitioner with a strong aesthetic portfolio and working knowledge of hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptides, and GLP-1 weight management. We welcome experienced licensed candidates who meet the clinical requirements of the role. This is an opportunity for a confident, consultative provider who enjoys creating treatment plans, explaining the value of services, and helping patients commit to long-term results. You will work collaboratively with our clinical and patient care teams across our Northern New Jersey locations. What you'll do Perform advanced aesthetic consultations and injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, within your training, license, and clinical protocols. Perform and recommend device-based treatments, including Clear

+ Brilliant, GentleMax Pro, and Ultherapy, within your training, license, and clinical protocols. Develop personalized aesthetic treatment plans and confidently recommend packages, memberships, skincare, and complementary services. Educate patients about our wellness offerings, including HRT, peptides, GLP-1 programs, IV therapy, and other services; provide care only within your scope and under applicable protocols. Convert consultations into appropriate treatment plans through clear education, thoughtful follow-up, and strong closing skills. Build lasting patient relationships that support retention, rebooking, referrals, and excellent patient experiences. Document consultations and treatments accurately, maintain high safety standards, and collaborate closely with the medical and front desk teams. Help the team achieve goals for consultation conversion, average ticket, membership enrollment, rebooking, and patient satisfaction. What we're looking for Active New Jersey clinical license appropriate to the services performed; Nurse Practitioner strongly preferred. Significant hands-on experience with aesthetic injectables and a portfolio demonstrating natural, high-quality results. Hands-on experience with Clear

+ Brilliant, GentleMax Pro, and Ultherapy, including patient selection, treatment planning, and safe operation. Strong consultation, sales, and treatment-plan closing skills without compromising patient needs or clinical judgment. Practical familiarity with HRT, peptide therapies, and GLP-1 weight management, and the ability to discuss these programs responsibly with patients.
