American Medical Wellness is a growing medical spa and wellness clinic in Henderson. Due to increased client demand and the opening of an additional treatment room, we are looking for a skilled, licensed esthetician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an esthetician who wants a consistent schedule, a steady flow of clients, and the opportunity to grow with a busy and expanding medical spa. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, confident working with clients, and able to provide high-quality facial treatments in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping clients improve their skin and overall confidence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform professional facial and skincare treatments according to clinic protocols Provide DiamondGlow treatments and other facial services offered by the clinic Evaluate clients' skin and discuss appropriate treatment and skincare options Educate clients about treatment plans, home skincare, and recommended products Create a welcoming, comfortable, and professional client experience Support new-client consultations by clearly explaining treatments and expected results Deliver services that have already been purchased by existing package clients Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records Prepare and clean treatment rooms between appointments Follow all sanitation, infection-control, safety, and clinic protocols Maintain treatment equipment and notify management of supply or maintenance needs Stay on schedule while maintaining excellent treatment quality Communicate professionally with the front desk, sales team, providers, and other estheticians Assist with before-and-after photos when appropriate and authorized Help encourage client retention, treatment-plan compliance, and future bookings

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Active Nevada Esthetician or Advanced Esthetician license License must be in good standing Professional facial and skincare training Excellent communication and customer-service skills Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and treatment protocols Ability to work efficiently in a busy medical-spa environment Dependable, punctual, organized, and professional Comfortable working with both new and returning clients Able to work collaboratively as part of a team Able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties associated with facial treatments
