La Nouva is currently seeking a talented, motivated, and passionate licensed esthetician to join our team. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves skincare and the beauty industry and enjoys helping clients feel confident in their skin. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, dependable, and eager to continue learning and growing within the aesthetics field. Responsibilities Provide a variety of professional skincare and aesthetic treatments, including: Microdermabrasion Dermaplaning Radiofrequency Treatments LED Light Therapy Custom Facials Clarifying & Deep Cleansing Facials Additional skincare treatments offered by the spa Conduct thorough skin consultations and skin analyses Identify clients' individual skincare concerns and goals Create personalized treatment recommendations and skincare plans Educate clients on proper skincare and recommend appropriate at-home products and routines Explain treatment benefits, packages, and recommended treatment frequency Provide excellent customer service and create a relaxing, welcoming experience for every client Maintain a clean, sanitized, organized, and professional treatment space Follow all treatment protocols and sanitation requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning clients Qualifications Valid New York Esthetician License - Required Strong interest and knowledge in skincare and aesthetics Friendly, professional, reliable, and motivated Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable consulting with clients and recommending treatments and skincare products Previous esthetics or skincare experience is preferred, but not required Sales experience is preferred and considered a plus Bilingual candidates are a plus Willingness to learn new services, techniques, and products Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Why Join La Nouva?
