Job Overview We are seeking a passionate, professional Licensed Esthetician to join our Dermatology team. In this role, you will work closely with our board-certified dermatologists to deliver high-quality, medical-grade skincare treatments. The ideal candidate has strong clinical knowledge, a deep understanding of advanced skin conditions, and excellent client-relations skills. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion Conduct esthetic laser treatments following safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines. Provide skin analysis and recommend customized medical grade skincare regimens utilizing professional products. Maintain strict sanitation procedures and adhere to health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to promote ongoing skin health. Engage in retail sales by recommending appropriate medical grade skincare products to support clients' beauty routines. Foster excellent client communication by listening attentively, answering questions thoroughly, and building lasting relationships. Experience Proven experience working as an esthetician or in the beauty industry with a strong background in skincare treatments. Knowledge of advanced aesthetic procedures such lasers, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermabrasion. Strong understanding of sanitation procedures, safety protocols, and state licensing requirements for cosmetology or esthetics.
