We are looking for someone who is passionate about advanced skincare, understands the importance of delivering exceptional results, and takes pride in creating a luxury patient experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an aesthetician who wants to work alongside an established plastic surgery practice and gain exposure to advanced laser technology, medical aesthetics, and comprehensive skincare treatments while building and growing a loyal clientele. An established client following is highly preferred, but we are equally interested in talented aestheticians with the experience, professionalism, and drive to build one. What You'll Do Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, EmSculpt and advanced laser treatments. Perform consultations and develop personalized treatment plans based on each client's skin concerns and aesthetic goals. Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment plans to help clients achieve and maintain results. Educate clients on home-care routines, products, and recommended treatment plans. Build lasting relationships with clients and provide exceptional service before, during, and after each treatment. Perform treatments safely and confidently while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records. Stay current with the latest skincare ingredients, technologies, treatment techniques, and industry trends. Participate in ongoing training and education to continually expand your skills. Work closely with our providers and aesthetic team to create a seamless client experience. Contribute to the growth of the practice through client retention, rebooking, treatment recommendations, and retail sales. Participate in marketing and promotional initiatives, including creating content and supporting the practice's social media presence. Maintain an active, engaging, and professional social media presence that reflects the Operation Beauty brand. Assist with other duties as needed to support the team and overall patient experience. What We're Looking For Active New York State Esthetician License Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a medical spa, luxury spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or similar aesthetic environment. Strong experience performing advanced facials, peels, and skincare treatments. Laser experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, products, and treatment protocols. Excellent consultation and communication skills. Exceptional customer service and bedside manner. Polished, professional appearance and demeanor. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent results. Comfortable recommending treatments and skincare products based on individual client needs. Motivated, reliable, and proactive. Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player. Commitment to ongoing education and professional development. Existing clientele/client following highly preferred. Social media/content experience is a plus. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is more than just technically skilled.
