Pay Structure:

Competitive. Based upon experience. Duties Perform a range of services including face and body waxing, spray tans, brow services, tinting, lash services (if certified) and more! Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to promote healthy skin habits. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning and sterilizing all tools and treatment areas in accordance with health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client needs Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable products that align with clients' individual needs Qualifications Valid esthetician or waxing license as required by state law. Minimum 2 years experience waxing Must be comfortable performing 15 minute Brazilians Proficient in Brow Shaping Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients and understand their concerns. Demonstrated ability to perform waxing services including body waxing and facial waxing professionally and efficiently. Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols at all times.
