Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including esthetic laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, hydrodermabrasion etc. Deliver personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and product solutions tailored to each client's needs. Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatment areas, adhering strictly to health regulations. Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines, retail products, and new treatment options to enhance their experience. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews. Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement treatments and meet client needs effectively. Support team efforts by participating in ongoing training sessions to stay current with industry trends and advanced techniques. Requirements Valid Esthetics license recognized by state or local authorities. Proven experience in laser hair removal treatments, microdermabrasion, chemical peels etc. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain procedures and skincare advice to clients. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment at all times. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Ability to perform retail sales effectively by educating clients about products during treatments. Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
