Job Summary We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and motivated Body Sculpting Specialist / Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, comfortable speaking with clients, and excited to learn and grow in the beauty and wellness industry. You will perform a variety of non-invasive body contouring treatments while educating clients, making treatment recommendations, and helping create a welcoming and positive experience. Training will be provided on our treatments, protocols, and equipment. Job Responsibilities Perform body sculpting and body contouring treatments Perform lymphatic drainage massages and wood therapy Perform EmSculpt treatments Perform Venus Versa treatments Provide skin-tightening treatments Perform cavitation and radio frequency treatments Explain treatments, benefits, and aftercare to clients Consult with clients about their goals and recommend appropriate services Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment area Follow all treatment protocols and safety guidelines Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service Be comfortable talking with clients and promoting packages and services Be active, social, positive, and professional Assist with before-and-after photos and social media content when needed Be willing to learn new treatments, techniques, and equipment We are looking for someone who is reliable, personable, motivated, and eager to learn. Experience in body sculpting, aesthetics, massage, or spa services is preferred, but we provide training for the right candidate.
