Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and lymphatic treatments with precision and care. Conduct skin analysis to recommend personalized skincare routines and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards and adhere strictly to infection control protocols to ensure client safety at all times. Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and home care tips to promote long-term skin health. Support sales efforts by recommending appropriate products and services that meet client needs while fostering a positive shopping experience. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse clients. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and infection control practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment. Understanding of infection prevention protocols specific to esthetic practices.
