COMMISSION-BASED + COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES + FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING

__________________________________________________________________________________ Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. We are seeking a skilled, Advanced Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team of beauty and skin experts. Our ideal candidate is confident in hands-on esthetic services, passionate about client care, and ready to contribute to a warm, professional medspa environment. You will be offering a wide variety of skin and beauty solutions, including: Waxing (face & body) Brow shaping & tinting, Lash lifts & tints Microneedling, Customized facials, peels & skincare treatments Duties Deliver high-quality esthetic services with professionalism and care Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant treatment space Educate clients on skincare, aftercare, and treatment options. Knowledge of ZO Skin Health a plus. Provide exceptional customer service and communication Work collaboratively with front office staff and management Uphold company standards for safety, sanitation, and client experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Current, valid Ohio Cosmetology and Barber Board - Advanced Esthetician license (required) Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (preferred) Experience with Microneedling, peels and skincare Strong communication and client‑care skills Professional appearance and demeanor Dependable, punctual, and able to work varied hours/days Reliable transportation Benefits Flexible schedule Professional development assistance with Supportive, positive team environment Complimentary beauty services - Employee discount If you are passionate about aesthetics and feel you would be a great fit for our team, we encourage you to apply.
