Job Summary SHIFT:

Tuesday-Friday 2:30pm-9:00pm •Every other Saturday or rotating Sundays. Flexibility for occasional daytime shifts is a plus. Expanded hours may be offered to candidates who demonstrate reliability and commitment, also meeting retail sales goals and retention rate of returned clients due to performance from skincare services.

Licensed Esthetician (Ohio) Experience preferred with a strong foundation in skincare Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences Ability to build client relationships and retention Motivated to meet retail and service goals Organized, clean, and detail-oriented Positive, team-focused attitude with strong communication skills

Core Skills Required:

Skin analysis and consultation Facials (custom, corrective, and relaxation-based) Extractions and proper technique Knowledge of skincare ingredients and product recommendations Waxing (Facial, Body, Bikini)...Brazilian knowledge a plus or must be willing to train Sanitation, disinfection, and treatment room setup Ability to educate clients on home care routines Time management and maintaining an on schedule workflow

Responsibilities Include:

Performing facials, skincare treatments, other add on spa services & Body Wraps after training Educating clients on skincare routines and our retail products Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment environment Supporting a positive, team-oriented spa culture
