Licensed Esthetician Abier's Brow Lounge is seeking an experienced, polished, and service-driven Ohio Licensed Esthetician to join our luxury beauty team. Responsibilities Provide high-quality esthetic services aligned with the salon's service menu, excluding microblading. Perform services such as waxing, brow shaping, tinting, lash services, facials, and other skincare treatments as applicable. Deliver an elevated client experience through thoughtful consultations and exceptional service. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism. Recommend services and aftercare products based on each client's individual needs. Maintain an organized, luxurious, and fully prepared treatment space. Foster long-term client relationships through trust, consistency, and excellent care. Support the overall brand image and client experience of Abier's Brow Lounge. Qualifications Active and valid Ohio Esthetician License . Prior professional experience in esthetics, skincare, or luxury beauty services. Experience with brow, lash, waxing, and facial services preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Excellent communication and client service skills. Professional, polished presentation and demeanor. Knowledge of proper sanitation, safety, and compliance practices. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. Preferred Experience Experience in a high-end salon, spa, or brow studio. Established clientele is a plus. Strong product knowledge and retail recommendation skills.
