SPA ASSOCIATE HOURS

while you are building clientele. 2-3 SATURDAYS

A MONTH ARE REQUIRED.

This position is

NOT FOR RECENT GRADUATES.

We expect you are experienced in facial treatments including microdermabrasion, ultrasound therapy, oxygen infusion, microcurrent AND have excellent face and neck massage skills. We expect you to be able to work according to the Spa protocols and demonstrate retention rate at 50-75 %. If you provide waxing services, lash and brow tinting, it is a plus.

Responsibility:

Must carry Professional liability insurance Understanding various skin conditions and being able to create treatment plans and skin care regimen Knowledge and experience of facial machines uses, superficial chemical peels and skincare products to promote health and beauty benefits , upselling products and services Building customer relationship and meeting spa goals to exceed client expectation Maintaining clean equipment and work environment We offer: Hourly + commission +tips + bonuses Flexible schedule Employee discounts
