We are seeking a licensed, professional, and patient-focused Esthetician/Aesthetician to join our Oklahoma City team and support patients throughout their aesthetic journey with confidence, care, and expertise. Role Overview The Esthetician/Aesthetician plays a vital role in delivering high-quality aesthetic services while creating a welcoming, informative, and results driven experience for every client. This position requires strong clinical skill, excellent communication, and a passion for helping patients feel confident and educated about their skincare and treatment options. The ideal candidate is mature, friendly, detail-oriented, and service-driven as well as reliable and punctual. Must possess the ability to balance professionalism, patient education, and sales awareness in a fast paced medical aesthetic environment. Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Clinical Services Perform aesthetic services in accordance with company protocols and state licensure, including (but not limited to): Facials Chemical peels Microneedling Diamond Glow Vivace IPL Morpheus8 Laser Hair Removal Other medical-grade skincare treatments Educate patients on recommended treatments, skincare products, and post-treatment care Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the EMR Ensure patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout every visit Sell skincare and cross promote services Patient Experience Deliver a high touch, concierge level patient experience Build strong rapport and long term relationships with patients Set clear expectations regarding treatment plans, pricing, and outcomes Address patient questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism Request and collect reviews for self and Company. Sales & Growth Support Confidently recommend treatment plans and medical grade skincare products Support practice goals through ethical upselling and patient education Collaborate with providers, sales team, and front desk staff to ensure seamless care Operational Excellence Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and inventory standards Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance guidelines Assist with promotional events, open houses, and special initiatives as needed Qualifications & Requirements Current Oklahoma Esthetician/Aesthetician license (required) Previous experience in a medical aesthetics or medspa setting (required) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment Sales confidence without being sales driven or pushy Team oriented mindset with a patient first attitude Why Join Us Supportive, growth-oriented team culture Opportunity to work alongside top cosmetic providers Training and development in advanced aesthetic services Competitive hourly pay with bonus/commission potential Employee discounts on services and products
