Hourly Rate:

Base Rate $20/hour, plus 20% commission per service.

Status:

Part-time, year round, approximately 21 hours a week (subject to change in off season) SUMMARY Provides professional facial, body, waxing, and makeup services while delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting the daily operations of the spa. Key Responsibilities Perform professional facial, body, waxing, and makeup services in accordance with spa protocols and applicable certification standards. Provide personalized consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and retail products based on each guest's needs. Maintain knowledge of all spa services, products, treatment protocols, and available enhancements. Deliver services efficiently and consistently within established treatment times. Maintain clean, organized, fully stocked treatment rooms and properly care for spa equipment and products. Support spa operations as needed, including assisting with appointment scheduling, front desk coverage, retail presentation, and linen distribution. Communicate guest or staff concerns to management promptly and professionally. Participate in ongoing training, staff meetings, and other initiatives that support the spa's standards and guest experience. Work independently while contributing to a positive, professional, and collaborative spa environment. Technical Skills / Experience Proficiency in facial treatments, body treatments, waxing, and makeup application. Experience with modalities such as steam, high frequency, paraffin, light chemical peels, and facial massage. Ability to perform hard and soft body waxing and eyelash applications. Ability to assess skin conditions and provide appropriate treatment recommendations. Strong product knowledge and ability to confidently recommend retail products and additional services.
