We're hiring a full-time Certified Advanced Esthetician to help build our aesthetics division. You'll work weekdays only, with a strong device lineup and patient referrals from our on-site medical dermatology practice. Why You'll Want This Role $28-$35/hour base plus commission. The top of the range is for experienced CAEs who bring an established client following Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with match and paid time off Employee discount on treatments Ongoing advanced device training Patient referrals from our medical dermatology practice, plus marketing support Room to grow as we add new devices and services Our Technology Sciton BBL NouvaDerm Virtue RF microneedling Laser tattoo removal Chemical peels Coming soon: HydraFacial (or equivalent) and a dedicated premium laser hair removal platform, with more devices planned What You'll Do Perform laser and light-based treatments within the scope of your Oregon certification, including BBL photofacials, skin rejuvenation, pigment and vascular reduction, laser hair reduction, and non-ablative tattoo removal Perform chemical peels and medical-grade facials Lead consultations and build personalized treatment plans Grow and retain your patient base through follow-up care and treatment packages Learn new devices and protocols as we add services Maintain accurate charting and follow all laser safety and compliance protocols Help leadership shape how the aesthetics division runs Requirements Active Oregon Certified Advanced Esthetician (CAE) certification issued by the Oregon Health Licensing Office (required) We verify your certification with the Oregon Health Licensing Office before making an offer and keep a copy on file, so please include your certification number when you apply Hands-on experience with laser, IPL/BBL, or other energy-based devices Confident consultation skills and comfort recommending treatment plans Full-time W-2 employee (not a 1099 or booth-rental position) An established client following is a strong plus How to Apply Apply with your resume and your Oregon CAE certification number.
