Our Sherwood location has an established membership base , giving you the opportunity to work with existing clients while building repeat skincare business of your own. What We're Looking For We want an esthetician who is confident behind the treatment-room door and comfortable educating clients about continued care.

The right candidate will:

Deliver professional, results-driven skincare services Create customized treatment plans based on each client's individual skincare goals Educate clients on recommended services, enhancements, and home-care products Build strong relationships that lead to rebooking and repeat clients Be comfortable recommending and selling professional skincare products Take ownership of growing their schedule and clientele Work collaboratively with our front desk and leadership team to grow the skincare business Provide an exceptional client experience from consultation through follow-up Our skincare offerings include advanced facials, microderm infusion, chemical peels, enhancements, and professional home-care recommendations. We partner with leading professional skincare brands including Jan Marini and PCA Skin. Experience & Availability 2+ years of experience as a working Licensed Esthetician strongly preferred, but not required.
