Help Build Something Special from Day One Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is opening a brand-new location in Sherwood, Oregon , in mid-September , and we're looking for an exceptional Lead Esthetician to help us launch one of the premier skincare destinations in the community. What You'll Do:

Leadership & Team Development Lead by example by delivering exceptional facial services and guest experiences. Help recruit, onboard, and mentor new estheticians. Support the Spa Manager in creating a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture. Coach and inspire fellow estheticians to achieve excellence in service and retail performance. Guest Experience Deliver customized facials and advanced skincare services. Build long-term client relationships through outstanding service and skincare education. Recommend home care products that help guests achieve their skincare goals. Business Growth Help establish the esthetics department as a key driver of the spa's success. Support grand opening activities and community outreach. Promote retail sales through education rather than pressure. Bring ideas, initiative, and enthusiasm to help grow a brand-new location. Qualifications Current Oregon Esthetician License. 2+ years of hands-on esthetics experience preferred. Previous leadership, mentoring, training, or Lead Esthetician experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of professional skincare treatments and retail products. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to go the extra mile. Excited by the opportunity to help launch a new business.
