What You'll Do:
Deliver Exceptional Skincare Provide customized facials and professional skincare services tailored to each guest's individual goals. Create an elevated, relaxing, and results-driven experience from beginning to end. Educate guests on professional skincare treatments, enhancements, and home care. Build trust and long-term relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal clients. Stay knowledgeable and excited about skincare trends, products, services, and continued education. Build Your Business Grow and maintain a strong, loyal clientele within a brand-new location. Recommend professional home care products based on education and each guest's skincare goals. Introduce guests to enhancements and treatment options that elevate their results and experience. Participate in grand opening activities, community outreach, and opportunities to introduce Hand & Stone to the Sherwood community. Take pride in your individual performance while contributing to the success of the entire spa. Qualifications Current Oregon Esthetics License . Hands-on esthetics experience preferred, but we are open to meeting talented newer Estheticians who are passionate, motivated, and eager to grow. Strong knowledge of professional skincare treatments and retail products. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Passion for educating guests and helping them achieve their skincare goals. Positive, professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
