Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of skincare treatments and techniques, providing clients with exceptional service in a welcoming environment. You will be responsible for performing various esthetic services, ensuring client satisfaction while promoting a range of skincare products. Duties Provide professional skincare treatments, including facials, peels, and esthetic laser treatments. Perform makeup application for special events and everyday looks. Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products. Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. Engage in retail sales by promoting and selling skincare products to clients. Demonstrate product usage through effective product demos to enhance client understanding and satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas. Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare, makeup application, and esthetic technologies. Requirements Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations. Experience in makeup application and retail sales is preferred. Familiarity with deep tissue massage techniques is a plus. Knowledge of cosmetology practices is beneficial for enhancing service offerings. Experience with straight razor techniques or tattooing is an advantage but not mandatory. Previous experience in a med spa or similar environment is desirable. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success in this role.
