Job Description
Better Yet Aesthetics is a physician-owned aesthetics practice launching in Philadelphia. We are seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to serve as our founding lead aesthetic injector. Initial services will include cosmetic neurotoxin, microneedling and physician-guided skincare. We do not plan to offer filler at launch. The provider will conduct consultations and treatments, maintain complete clinical and photographic documentation, manage follow-up and help develop safe, efficient clinical workflows.
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania NP or PA license
- At least two recent years of hands-on cosmetic injection experience
- Strong facial anatomy, patient-selection and complication-recognition skills
- Excellent documentation and professional references
- Dependable availability for a recurring Philadelphia clinic session The initial schedule is approximately one half-day per week, based on mutual availability, with an opportunity to expand as the practice grows. Compensation is $65
- 75 per hour, depending on experience, plus participation in a meaningful quarterly practice-profitability bonus pool once defined operating costs are covered.
