Licensed Esthetician / Aesthetics Partner - Revenue Share The Recharging Room | Doral, FL Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | Revenue Share The Recharging Room is looking for a motivated Florida Licensed Esthetician or Facial Specialist interested in growing their own clientele within an established wellness and aesthetics practice. This is not a traditional hourly position. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants the opportunity to build their book without taking on the full expense of opening and operating their own suite. The Opportunity You'll have access to a professional treatment space within The Recharging Room, along with our booking infrastructure, brand exposure, and opportunities for cross-referrals from our existing wellness and aesthetics clientele. Compensation is structured as a competitive revenue split with opportunities for an increased percentage based on performance and monthly service revenue. Tips are 100% yours. What TRR Provides Professional treatment space in Doral Utilities and Wi-Fi Booking/payment infrastructure Existing wellness and aesthetics brand Cross-promotion and referral opportunities Flexible scheduling based on availability Opportunity to grow your schedule as your clientele grows What You Bring Active Florida license applicable to the services you provide Your professional treatment products and service-specific supplies Excellent client experience and professionalism Ability and willingness to promote your services Commitment to rebooking and building repeat clientele Reliable communication and scheduling Existing clientele and/or an active professional social-media presence is strongly preferred but not required. Who Would Be a Great Fit? This could be an excellent opportunity if you're currently working from home, working inside another salon/spa, or looking to begin building your own clientele without taking on the full overhead of operating independently. We're especially interested in someone who wants to grow with the practice , not simply pick up occasional shifts. Compensation Revenue-share / commission structure based on services performed, experience, clientele, and monthly production. No hourly wage or guaranteed hours. Higher earning percentages may be available as monthly service revenue grows.
