Responsibilities Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and aesthetic laser treatments tailored to individual client needs. Perform body waxing services such as waxing and body waxing to ensure smooth, flawless skin. Deliver spa services like makeup application and other aesthetic treatments that elevate client satisfaction. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to support ongoing skin health. Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace following strict sanitation protocols to ensure client safety and comfort. Manage client communication effectively by listening attentively to their concerns and providing expert advice on aesthetic options. Keep detailed records of treatments performed, products used, and client preferences for future reference and follow-up. Skills Extensive knowledge of skincare techniques, spa services, and esthetic laser treatments. Proficiency in performing waxing services including body waxing with attention to detail. Strong understanding of sanitation standards and safety procedures in aesthetic practices. Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatment options and build rapport with clients. Ability to perform advanced aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, and facials confidently. Sales skills for retail product recommendations that complement treatment plans and enhance client results. Experience in makeup application for special occasions or daily looks is a plus.
