Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare treatments and services to our clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermaplaning and skincare consultations Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Engage with clients to understand their skincare needs and provide personalized recommendations. Upsell products and services during consultations, leveraging your knowledge of retail sales. Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of various skincare products. Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing salon software. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance service offerings. Experience Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques. Knowledge of Aquafirme XS device is beneficial (similar to Hydrafacial) Familiarity with salon-style software for appointment scheduling and client management. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Experience in retail sales is preferred; ability to upsell effectively is a plus. $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
