Relief Residential Workers are responsible for the care of the Open Arms Children's Home residents, as needed, and fortheir immediate needs. S/he will engage in support services, instruction, and assistance to residents to improve their physical and emotional well-being on a daily basis. Duties include monitoring teenagers and performing domestic duties to assure the smooth operation of a 15-bed facility. Record keeping is required. This is a part-time, as-needed position with no regular schedule. Hours required are 2nd or 3rd shift. May lead to a permanent full-time position, if desired. Must be at least 21 years old , with a high school diploma or GED, have a clean driving record, and be insurable by CAPA's carrier. Bilingual a plus. Background checks and drug testing required.
