30% service commission + 10% retail commission + 100% of tips Reforme Medical Spa is a growing boutique medical spa in Arlington, Texas. Our clinic is owned and led by a Medical Doctor , providing a professional, medically supervised environment focused on aesthetics, skincare, and patient care. We are looking for a motivated, outgoing Licensed Esthetician who is fluent in both English and Spanish and excited to grow with our team. Approximately 50% of our clientele is Spanish-speaking , so the ability to confidently communicate with patients in both English and Spanish is required . Newly licensed estheticians are encouraged to apply. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience, professional training, and the ability to build a loyal clientele in a medical spa environment. Requirements Current Texas Esthetician License Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Comfortable communicating professionally with Spanish-speaking patients Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality Strong customer service skills Reliable and organized Motivated to build and maintain a loyal clientele Comfortable recommending skincare products Comfortable taking before-and-after photos with patient consent Comfortable creating social media content Interested in learning advanced aesthetic treatments New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. Social Media & Client Building Because Reforme Medical Spa is growing, we are looking for someone who wants to actively build their clientele along with the practice. The esthetician will be expected to: Create approximately 1 Reel or short-form video per week Participate in occasional spa social media content Promote available appointments and treatments Encourage clients to rebook Build relationships with English

•and Spanish-speaking patients Recommend appropriate skincare and retail products Participate in occasional local events and promotions Help create a welcoming experience that encourages retention and referrals We provide marketing, promotions, social media exposure, and support, while also looking for someone who is motivated to promote themselves and build strong client relationships.
