We want every visit to feel warm, professional, and personal—from the first call or text to the final checkout. Our team gives thoughtful guidance, protects client trust, and works together to keep the clinic running smoothly.

About the role:

We are looking for a reliable, client-focused team member who can move confidently between front desk operations and laser hair removal services. You will help clients feel welcomed and cared for, keep communication and records organized, and support providers with clear handoffs. When assigned laser duties, you will work only within your current credentials, training, approved protocols, and authorization.

What you will do:

Welcome clients, support check-in and checkout, offer approved client amenities, and help maintain a calm, polished reception area. Answer calls, texts, and client inquiries; monitor missed calls and follow up promptly using ILML's approved communication standards. Schedule and confirm appointments, support rebooking and follow-up, and keep appointment details and client handoffs accurate. Use EMR to document client communications, manage appointment workflows, and keep records current. Training on ILML's systems and processes is provided. Process payments and approved account or membership transactions accurately; route payment disputes, fee exceptions, refunds, or policy questions to leadership. Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for assigned laser services and verify the required chart, consent, and workflow steps are complete before treatment. Perform laser hair removal only when qualified and authorized, following applicable Texas requirements, ILML protocols, and assigned clinical supervision. Complete required treatment documentation and photographs on time, provide approved pre- and post-care education within scope, and escalate client concerns or unexpected responses promptly. Support room readiness, supply awareness, client transitions, and practical teamwork across the clinic.

What we are looking for:

Client service experience in a medspa, healthcare, hospitality, or other professional service setting is preferred. Meets the Texas TDLR certification and eligibility requirements applicable to assigned laser hair removal duties before performing those duties. ILML verifies credentials, training, supervision, and authorization. Clear, warm communication and sound judgment with private or sensitive client information. Comfort learning scheduling, messaging, point-of-sale, and electronic record systems; strong attention to detail with documentation and payments. Reliable attendance, punctuality, professional presentation, and the ability to work collaboratively in a client-facing clinic. Availability for the agreed schedule.

You are prepared before the first appointment, communicate clearly, keep records accurate, and take ownership of the next step for each client. You treat every client with warmth and respect, give information without pressure, ask when something is unclear, and raise safety or service concerns early.

Schedule and compensation:

Clinic hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The assigned schedule and weekly hours will be discussed during hiring. The approved pay rate is $18 per hour.
