- $700 a week 15 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Professional development assistance Flexible schedule Qualifications Teamwork Chemical peel Interpersonal skills Sales Phone communication Facials Body waxing Skincare Esthetician License Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description Licensed Esthetician (Employee position) Full Time Licensed Esthetician Perform facial spa services(as per our protocol) including facials, advanced facials and chemical peels, microdermabrasion, radio frequency skin tightening, micro-needling, dermaplaning, microcurrent face lifts, waxing (face & body), brow services, waxing, tinting, lash lifts, body slimming treatments (body wraps, fat cavitation, foot detox treatments ; conduct thorough needs assessment with clients so to properly recommend treatments and home skin care based on their needs, goals, contraindications, educate clients on skin care products and treatments that would meet their needs based on our protocols, products and outline to assure clients best outcomes.
- However, in between clients, we continue working by making invite calls, spa upkeep, and client building and spa enhancement duties including always insuring the spa is in tip top shape for clients (and yes, you are on payroll during your entire shift)!
- 700 per week(1st year, plus cash tips). Commission on services added after 1 year (which first year is professional spa training and becoming Great Skin certified) and compensation goes to $700
- 1100 per week plus cash tips. Quoted compensation is based on actual average
- 38-40 hours per week.
- 5:30 pm and 6:30 on Thursdays; off Sunday & Monday. Overtime is paid on hours worked over 40 hours at time and 1/2. Signing and agreement of Non compete/Non-Disclosure is required. We hire employees vs contractors, and do not hire competitors or those in competing businesses (although we wish you greatness). We provide in
- house training for our spa services and products and is part of our non-compete non disclosure agreement.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
Licensed, Strong work History (min 1 year on 90% of jobs held), must have excellent knowledge on skin care ingredients, must be proficient on performing spa level facials, waxing, microderm, dermaplaning, micro-needling, strong sales, communication, ability to achieve goals and objectives, phone and communication skills, organized, clean, professional demeanor and presence and commitment to taking care of skin.
