Dual Licensed Esthetician/Massage Therapist (Employee position) Full Time Licensed Licensed Esthetician/Massage Therapist Perform facial spa services(as per our protocol) including facials, advanced facials and chemical peels, microdermabrasion, radio frequency skin tightening, micro-needling, dermaplaning, microcurrent face lifts, waxing (face & body), brow services, waxing, tinting, lash lifts, body slimming treatments (body wraps, fat cavitation, foot detox treatments and conduct thorough needs assessment with clients so to properly recommend treatments based on their needs, skin care, contraindications, etc, educate clients on skin care products and treatments that would meet their needs based on our protocols, products and training. Also, perform full body massages as needed (as we do not currently have a big massage client base, so there would be more facial treatments than massage. However, we are looking to grow the massage services as well. Position also includes working as an effective and contributing team member to maintain assigned treatment room and assist in upkeep of common areas to include assisting in laundry, desk, making calls to clients and opening and closing spa, lobby, etc. along with other staff. We are a small, but highly effective, well known and sought after day-spa with a small staff. The person we seek is awesome, kind, friendly, professional, mature, stable, strong team player, high level of integrity, hard worker, fast and strong learner and looking for a long-term position and able to work assigned hours and days without exception. Hourly salary, plus commission on products and tips and commission on massages. Average income per week is $600

• 750 per week(1st year, plus tips) not considering massage commission. Commission on services added after 1 year (which first year is professional spa training and becoming Great Skin certified) and compensation goes to $700
• 1100 per week plus cash tips and certainly growth opportunities! Quoted compensation is based on actual average
• 38-40 hours per week. We are well established, professional, award winning, well known in our trade area and beyond and growing. We do not hire contractors to supplement /augment their own business The person we seek is mature, reliable, professional, available and excited to work an established schedule and guaranteed weekly paycheck . Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday 8:40
• 5:30 pm and 6:30 on Thursdays; off Sunday & Monday. Overtime is paid on hours worked over 40 hours at time and 1/2. Signing and agreement of Non compete/Non-Disclosure is required. We hire employees and do not hire competitors or those in competing businesses (although we wish you greatness). We provide in
• house training for our spa services and products and is part of our non-compete non disclosure agreement.

Must be able to pass drug and background evaluation and have a stable work history that is verifiable.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Licensed, Strong work History (min 1 year on 90% of jobs held), must have excellent knowledge on skin care ingredients, must be proficient on performing spa level facials, waxing, microderm, dermaplaning, micro-needling, strong sales, communication, ability to achieve goals and objectives, phone and communication skills, organized, clean, professional demeanor and presence and commitment to taking care of skin.
