Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician to join our dynamic medspa team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, including laser procedures, facials, and microneedling (RF and standard), while providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and other aesthetic procedures with precision and care Conduct esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines Provide specialized treatments for different skin types Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail options to enhance their results and satisfaction Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff Deliver excellent client communication by listening to their concerns, explaining treatment options clearly, and managing expectations Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and promoting additional services to meet client needs Skills Proven experience as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in esthetic laser treatment from an accredited program Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, spa services, and advanced aesthetic techniques Skilled in performing facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, TCA peels, dermabrasion, and other skin rejuvenation treatments Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse clients Knowledge of retail sales strategies related to skincare products and aesthetic treatments Good communication skills to educate clients about treatment plans and aftercare instructions Join our team where your expertise will help clients look and feel their best!
