Advanced Aesthetic Injector & Laser Provider Dallas, TX Are you an experienced aesthetic injector who loves looking at the whole face and skin , not just treating a single line, wrinkle, or concern? Alive and Well is seeking an experienced Advanced Aesthetic Injector & Laser Provider to join our growing Dallas aesthetics team. We're looking for a skilled, confident provider with experience in both injectables and laser/energy-based treatments who understands how to combine modalities to create natural, thoughtful, long-term results. This is an opportunity for a provider who wants to practice beyond traditional injectables. Our ideal candidate understands facial anatomy and aging, is highly skilled with injectable treatments, comfortable working with advanced aesthetic technology, and excited to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address skin quality, structure, volume, movement, pigmentation, texture, laxity, and overall facial balance. About the Role At Alive and Well, we believe the best aesthetic outcomes rarely come from a single treatment. Our providers take a comprehensive approach to aesthetics, assessing each client individually and creating personalized plans that may incorporate neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, regenerative treatments, lasers, radiofrequency, microneedling, professional skincare, and other advanced technologies. You'll work with clients across a broad range of aesthetic concerns, from prevention and skin health to facial aging, volume loss, pigmentation, vascular concerns, texture, laxity, acne scarring, and overall rejuvenation. Our Dallas aesthetics practice includes advanced technologies such as Fotona, Clarity
II, XERF
radiofrequency , microneedling and regenerative therapies, with additional technologies and treatment offerings continuing to expand. You'll also practice within the larger Alive and Well ecosystem, alongside functional medicine providers, estheticians, wellness practitioners, IV therapy and restorative services, allowing you to collaborate and refer when a client's goals extend beyond aesthetics. What You'll Do Perform advanced injectable treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers and biostimulatory treatments Safely perform laser and energy-based aesthetic treatments within your training, licensure and scope of practice Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans Assess facial anatomy, proportions, volume, movement, skin quality and the aging process rather than treating concerns in isolation Combine injectable, laser, energy-based, regenerative and skincare modalities when appropriate to create comprehensive results Treat concerns including pigmentation, vascular lesions, uneven tone and texture, acne scarring, laxity, fine lines, wrinkles, volume loss and other signs of aging Educate clients on treatment options, realistic outcomes, sequencing, maintenance and appropriate pre- and post-care Develop long-term relationships and treatment plans that evolve with each client Recognize when another provider or modality would better serve the client and confidently collaborate and refer across the Alive and Well team Maintain meticulous standards for safety, documentation, photography, treatment protocols and follow-up Stay current on emerging techniques, technologies, regenerative therapies and developments within aesthetic medicine Contribute to a collaborative culture of clinical excellence, education, growth and exceptional client care What We're Looking For Licensed medical professional with an active Texas license and appropriate credentials to perform aesthetic injectables 3+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience preferred Demonstrated experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers Hands-on experience performing laser and/or energy-based aesthetic treatments Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, facial aging and aesthetic assessment Experience developing comprehensive treatment plans rather than treating individual concerns in isolation Strong understanding of skin health, pigmentation, texture, collagen remodeling and age-related changes Excellent clinical judgment and commitment to safe, natural-looking outcomes Confidence educating clients and discussing appropriate treatment recommendations Strong consultation and relationship-building skills Professional, collaborative, curious and committed to continued education and growth Experience We Especially Value Experience with: Neuromodulators- Dermal Fillers
