Our practice offers advanced aesthetic and wellness services including laser hair removal, IPL, RF microneedling, HydraFacial, microneedling, chemical peels, injectables, skin rejuvenation, hormone optimization, IV therapy, and other personalized treatments. As Harmoni continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced, confident, and motivated Laser Technician and Medical Aesthetician who is passionate about aesthetics, client relationships, social media, and growing alongside an expanding practice. The ideal candidate is polished, dependable, self-motivated, relationship-driven, and comfortable helping attract, engage, convert, and retain clients through exceptional service, education, networking, and a strong online presence. Role Description As a Laser Technician and Medical Aesthetician at Harmoni Health & Beauty, you will provide advanced aesthetic and laser treatments while creating an exceptional client experience that encourages loyalty, referrals, rebooking, and long-term relationships. This is more than a treatment-room position. We are looking for someone who wants to actively participate in growing their clientele and the Harmoni brand. The ideal candidate enjoys creating content, connecting with clients, participating in events and community outreach, educating clients about treatments and skincare, and building lasting relationships. An existing book of business and/or strong local social media presence is highly preferred. Required Qualifications Valid and active Texas Esthetician License Valid and active Texas Laser Hair Removal license/certification appropriate to services performed Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience performing aesthetic and laser/energy-based treatments in a professional setting Experience with treatments such as laser hair removal, IPL, RF microneedling/Morpheus8, HydraFacial, microneedling, chemical peels, and advanced skincare Current certifications appropriate to all treatments performed Strong understanding of Fitzpatrick skin typing, contraindications, treatment safety, and pre- and post-treatment care Excellent consultation, communication, professionalism, and customer-service skills Ability to confidently educate clients and recommend appropriate treatment plans Proven ability to build relationships, rebook clients, and improve client retention Comfortable recommending skincare products and complementary treatments when clinically appropriate Comfortable participating in social media content and practice marketing Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset Ability to maintain a polished, professional, high-quality client experience Strongly Preferred Existing and transferable clientele/book of business Established local relationships in Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Prosper, The Colony, or surrounding communities Strong professional presence on Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms Experience creating aesthetic and skincare-related social media content Experience working in a luxury, boutique, or high-end aesthetic practice Experience with Morpheus8, IPL, laser hair removal, HydraFacial, SkinPen/microneedling, and chemical peels Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare and home-care regimen recommendations Confidence in sales without compromising a relationship-focused, patient-centered approach Interest in networking, community events, pop-ups, and collaborative marketing Ability to thrive in a growing practice where initiative and creativity are valued Responsibilities Perform laser and energy-based treatments safely and confidently within your scope, training, and certifications Perform aesthetic treatments including HydraFacial, microneedling, chemical peels, advanced facials, and other services within scope Conduct comprehensive consultations and skin assessments Review contraindications and ensure appropriate informed consent and treatment documentation Develop customized treatment plans based on individual client goals Educate clients regarding treatment expectations, treatment series, maintenance, and pre/post-care Build strong relationships that encourage repeat visits, referrals, and long-term retention Proactively rebook clients and follow up when appropriate Maintain accurate charting and high-quality before-and-after photography Recommend appropriate skincare products and complementary services to optimize results Participate in social media content, including educational videos, treatment demonstrations, before-and-after content, and promotional campaigns Help build your individual clientele while supporting overall Harmoni Health & Beauty growth Participate in community events, partnerships, pop-ups, and networking opportunities when needed Maintain treatment-room cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and equipment care Follow all applicable safety protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements Collaborate closely with providers and leadership regarding client care and treatment outcomes Represent Harmoni Health & Beauty professionally both inside and outside the practice What We Offer Opportunity to grow with an expanding Frisco wellness and aesthetic practice Competitive hourly compensation Commission opportunities Performance-based bonuses and incentives Flexible scheduling for part-time opportunities Access to advanced aesthetic technologies and treatments Marketing and branding support to help build your clientele Opportunities to participate in local events, partnerships, and community outreach Employee discounts on eligible services and products Ongoing education, professional development, and advanced training opportunities Modern, beautifully designed practice environment Opportunity to grow your personal brand alongside Harmoni Health & Beauty Potential for increased hours and responsibilities as your clientele and the practice grow Who We Are Looking For We are especially interested in someone who sees this position as an opportunity to build , not simply perform treatments.
