Licensed Esthetician - Nano Scalp Renewal Specialist Amazingly Well | Concierge Hair Renewal About Amazingly Well Amazingly Well is creating a new approach to hair and scalp wellness professional, personalized and accessible care designed for people who want to feel better about their hair without immediately turning to costly hair-replacement solutions or invasive procedures.

provide an elevated hair-renewal experience that is comfortable, convenient and available close to home. We are building a network of salon partnerships and are seeking an experienced, client-focused Licensed Esthetician / Nano Scalp Renewal Specialist to join us as we launch and grow. The Opportunity This is not a traditional facial-room esthetician position. We are specifically looking for someone interested in hair and scalp wellness who has experience working with advanced aesthetic devices and is comfortable performing highly standardized treatment protocols. Candidates with prior hands-on experience using Dr. Pen or similar pen-based devices, nano-infusion, nano-channeling, microchanneling, microneedling or advanced esthetic treatments will receive priority consideration. The selected candidate will receive additional Amazingly Well training on our specific scalp-renewal protocol, approved device and cartridges, products, documentation standards, client experience and safety procedures before independently providing services. Responsibilities Perform Amazingly Well's approved superficial nano scalp-renewal protocol following established training and safety standards Conduct client consultations and review hair/scalp concerns, goals and relevant history Complete pre-treatment scalp observations and contraindication screening Prepare and section the scalp for treatment Properly operate the approved Dr. Pen device and designated nano cartridge according to company and manufacturer protocols Follow strict infection-control, sanitation and single-use cartridge procedures Apply only approved topical scalp products according to established protocols Educate clients about their treatment plan, expectations and aftercare Monitor client comfort and scalp response throughout treatment Recognize reactions or conditions requiring treatment to be stopped or escalated Capture standardized baseline and progress photographs with client authorization Accurately document each treatment, products used, client tolerance and follow-up plan Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming treatment environment Help create an experience centered around confidence, comfort and personalized care Work collaboratively with Amazingly Well leadership, sales representatives and salon partners Participate in ongoing training as treatment protocols and services evolve Required Qualifications Current Texas license that permits the applicable esthetic services Strong understanding of sanitation and infection-control practices Excellent client consultation and communication skills Comfortable working directly with the scalp and hair Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently follow standardized treatment protocols Comfortable documenting treatments electronically and taking standardized progress photographs Professional, dependable and client-focused Willing to complete Amazingly Well's required device, product, scalp and treatment competency training Reliable form of transportation Strongly Preferred Experience We are especially interested in candidates with previous hands-on experience in one or more of the following: Dr. Pen or similar pen-based aesthetic devices Nano-infusion or nano-channeling Microneedling Microchanneling Scalp treatments or scalp wellness Hair-restoration or hair-renewal environments Advanced esthetics Med-spa services Dermatology or cosmetic practices Cosmetic topical-treatment protocols Prior pen-based needling or nano-device experience is strongly preferred and will receive priority consideration.
