Professional Aesthetician (Full or Part-Time) Harmony Health Spa and WellnessWe are a rapidly growing med spa looking for a motivated and talented Aesthetician to join our team. We are seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who is excited to help grow our practice, build their own client base, and contribute to our long-term success. The Role
  • Perform high-quality facial treatments, chemical peels, and other aesthetic services.
  • Provide professional skincare consultations and recommend personalized home-care routines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment room.
  • Actively contribute to practice growth through client retention, referrals, and retail sales. What We Are Looking For
  • Valid state aesthetician license.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for growth and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and product ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A professional, punctual, and reliable attitude.
  • 2 years minimum experience in a clinical or spa setting. Compensation & Benefits
Pay:
$16-$20/hr, commensurate with experience.
  • Incentives:
    Competitive bonus structure based on performance and retail/package sales.
  • 10% commission on retail product sales
