This is a role for someone who takes initiative - you'll be actively growing your own client base, not waiting for a full schedule to be handed to you. Job Description As an experienced Licensed Esthetician at Morning Dew Massage & Wellness®, you'll provide expert skincare treatments while using consultative sales skills to grow revenue through service recommendations and retail sales. This role rewards a deep understanding of skincare science, confident client communication, and the entrepreneurial drive to build and maintain a thriving client base on a part-time schedule (approximately 3-4 days per week). Key Responsibilities Build a loyal, repeat client base through exceptional service and genuine relationship building. Bring and convert existing relationships into standing appointments where possible. Work toward monthly goals for both services and retail products. Actively grow your client base through referrals, community engagement, social media, and promotional events. Perform a variety of facial and skincare treatments tailored to individual client needs. Conduct thorough skin analyses and provide personalized, results-driven recommendations. Educate clients on the services and products that address their skincare goals, and close those recommendations naturally. Stay current on industry trends, skincare innovations, and product knowledge. Maintain detailed client records and treatment progress to encourage repeat visits and package sales. Keep a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment. Required Experience and Skills (please read thoroughly before applying)
Licensed Esthetician:
Must hold a valid esthetics license in Texas. Preferred - Minimum 2 years esthetics experience with demonstrated sales success.
Initiative and self-direction:
This is a commission-based role, and the estheticians who thrive here are the ones who generate their own demand rather than wait for it.
Critical thinking:
Strong problem-solving skills to assess client concerns, analyze skin conditions, and recommend effective solutions.
Business development:
Proven ability to network, build relationships, and grow a loyal clientele through service and strategic outreach.
Results-oriented approach:
Focus on delivering measurable skin improvements that justify premium pricing and earn client loyalty.
Communication and closing skills:
Excellent verbal communication with the ability to educate clients and close sales naturally.
Attention to detail:
Meticulous in treatments, client records, and tracking your own metrics.
Team player:
Collaborative, positive, and willing to contribute to a supportive work environment. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Social media marketing experience with personal brand development. Previous commission-based sales experience in beauty, wellness, or retail. An established local client following. Compensation Commission varies based on service type and complexity Retail commission on all product sales. 100% of gratuities with no administrative fees.
