Position Overview Urban Well Medspa is seeking a licensed, motivated, and client-focused Esthetician to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about skincare, enjoys creating exceptional client experiences, and takes pride in providing personalized treatments and recommendations. This is a part-time position, approximately 15-25 hours per week , with the opportunity for additional hours based on client demand and business needs. Responsibilities Provide professional, customized facial and skincare treatments based on each client's individual needs Perform services such as: Facials HydraFacials Chemical peels Dermaplaning Waxing Skin treatments and enhancements Other services within the esthetician's scope of practice and training Conduct thorough skincare consultations and educate clients on appropriate home-care routines Recommend professional skincare products based on individual skin concerns and goals Maintain knowledge of and confidently recommend our professional skincare lines Create a welcoming, relaxing, and elevated client experience from consultation through completion of treatment Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes Follow all sanitation, safety, and infection-control protocols Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room Properly prepare and sanitize equipment before and after each service Maintain knowledge of current skincare trends, products, and treatment techniques Participate in ongoing training and education as needed Assist with retail sales and contribute to overall spa sales goals Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage rebooking and client retention Promote additional services and appropriate treatment enhancements when clinically and professionally appropriate Work collaboratively with injectors, providers, and other members of the Urban Well team Qualifications Current Texas Esthetician License in good standing Previous experience in a medical spa, day spa, dermatology, or aesthetics setting preferred Experience with facial and/or advanced facial treatments preferred Strong knowledge of skincare products and skin types Excellent communication and customer-service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to work independently while also being a team player Comfortable recommending skincare products and services Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and continued education
