Duties Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and body waxing to meet individual client needs. Conduct esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines. Deliver spa services such as waxing, makeup application, and other aesthetic treatments that enhance clients' appearance and boost their confidence. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to support ongoing skin health. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards across all treatment areas to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Communicate clearly with clients to understand their goals, explain procedures thoroughly, and ensure a positive experience from consultation to follow-up. Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products that complement treatments and meet client needs. Experience Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with certification in laser treatment procedures. Proven experience in performing facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, waxing services (including body waxing), and other esthetic treatments. Strong knowledge of skincare products, spa services, and laser technology used in aesthetic treatments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their aesthetic goals. Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols within a professional spa or clinic setting.
