We are seeking someone who takes pride in providing exceptional treatments, has high standards for customer service, maintains a polished and professional appearance, and genuinely enjoys helping clients achieve their skincare goals. 2+ years of esthetics experience preferred. Medical spa experience is a plus. Responsibilities Perform customized facials and professional skincare treatments according to established protocols Perform HydraFacial treatments, dermaplaning, chemical peels, extractions, and other esthetic services within scope of practice Conduct thorough skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment preparation, aftercare, and maintenance Provide a consistent, elevated client experience from consultation through checkout and follow-up Take clear, consistent before-and-after photos when appropriate Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment documentation Maintain clean, sanitized, organized treatment rooms at all times Properly disinfect equipment and follow infection-control and safety protocols Prepare treatment rooms before appointments and reset rooms promptly afterward Assist with inventory and notify management when products or supplies need to be reordered Recommend and educate clients on professional skincare products without using overly aggressive sales tactics Help build client retention through excellent service, education, and appropriate treatment recommendations Maintain knowledge of current skincare products, treatments, techniques, and industry trends Work collaboratively with our medical providers, front desk, management, and other team members Assist with clinic cleanliness and organization throughout the day Participate in occasional social media content, including treatment videos, educational content, before-and-afters, and promotional material Help promote services, specials, memberships, and skincare products when appropriate What We're Looking For Current Texas Esthetician License in good standing 2+ years of professional esthetics experience preferred Medical spa experience preferred Strong knowledge of skincare, skin types, common skin concerns, and professional skincare products Experience with facials, extractions, dermaplaning, HydraFacial, and chemical peels preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional, polished, friendly, and dependable Strong attention to detail Excellent sanitation and cleanliness standards Comfortable educating clients and recommending products and treatment plans Ability to maintain professionalism and client confidentiality Reliable and punctual with strong time-management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical aesthetics environment Willingness to learn our treatment protocols and maintain consistency with The Facebar's standards Comfortable appearing in occasional social media content and assisting with photos/videos Ability to work as part of a team and assist wherever needed The Ideal Candidate Our ideal esthetician isn't simply looking for a treatment room.
