Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive lessons on skincare, facials, makeup application, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and other aesthetic treatments Develop and implement detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and industry best practices Supervise and mentor students during practical sessions, ensuring safety and skill development Provide constructive feedback to support student progress and confidence in their abilities Assess student performance through evaluations and practical demonstrations Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages creativity, professionalism, and continuous learning Requirements Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in skincare, massage therapy, cosmetology, or related fields Prior classroom or training experience in adult education or cosmetology/esthetics instruction preferred Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to esthetic treatments and body therapies such as trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage Skilled in a variety of beauty services including facials, makeup application, nail care, eyelash extensions, hair threading, and body waxing.
