In this role, you'll provide a range of professional skincare treatments, assess each client's skin condition, and recommend personalized treatment plans and home-care products — delivering a relaxing, results-focused experience for every client. Duties Perform facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and other skincare treatments in line with treatment protocols and safety standards Assess clients' skin type and condition, and recommend appropriate treatments and take-home products Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records, including treatment history and skin analysis notes Educate clients on skincare routines, product use, and post-treatment care Keep the treatment room clean, sanitized, and organized in compliance with health and safety regulations Recommend and sell retail products and additional services where appropriate Stay current on industry trends, new treatments, and product lines through ongoing education Qualifications & Requirements Current state esthetician license in good standing Minimum 1 + years of professional experience performing skincare treatments Working knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatment contraindications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements Available to work part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends Maintaining the Inventory and attending phone calls and follow up Have a great scope for building the career and their practice Schedule, Compensation & Benefits Part-time, approximately 20-25 hours per week (schedule flexible based on availability and client bookings) Competitive hourly pay plus commission on services and retail sales, commensurate with experience Employee discount on products and services Opportunities for continuing education and advanced treatment training
