This energetic position offers the opportunity to combine your expertise in cosmetic procedures with exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming environment for clients seeking personalized aesthetic solutions. As an Aesthetic Injector, you will deliver safe, effective, and innovative treatments while fostering lasting relationships with clients and supporting the growth of our beauty-focused practice. Responsibilities Administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other injectable procedures with precision and care. Provide expert consultation to clients on treatment options tailored to their individual goals and concerns. Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for all procedures. Manage client communication effectively, including pre-treatment assessments, post-treatment care instructions, and follow-up appointments. Utilize software to schedule appointments, update client records, and process retail sales efficiently. Engage in social media management by sharing treatment results, promoting services, and building an active online community. Assist with product demos and retail sales to educate clients about skincare products and aesthetic tools. Support front desk operations by providing guest services and ensuring a seamless client experience from check-in to checkout. Stay current on industry trends and new aesthetic techniques to continually enhance your skills and service offerings. Qualifications Licensed to work as an aesthetic injector in Texas Ideally 2+ years of experience working in the aesthetics industry Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about procedures and aftercare. Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly, professional demeanor. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols essential for aesthetic treatments. Ability to sell products and services confidently while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction. Experience in social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
