In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, including laser procedures, facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and body waxing, to help clients achieve their skincare goals. Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments such as laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, dermabrasion, chemical peels, microdermabrasion with precision and care. Conduct spa services including waxing (body waxing and facial waxing), skincare consultations, and other esthetic treatments tailored to individual client needs. Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to enhance their results and experience. Provide excellent client communication by listening attentively to their concerns, explaining treatment procedures clearly, and addressing questions confidently. Assist in retail sales of skincare products and promote additional services to maximize client satisfaction and business growth. Stay current with industry trends, new treatment techniques, and product knowledge to deliver innovative services that meet client expectations. Experience Valid state license as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist with certification in laser treatments or esthetic laser technology preferred. Proven experience performing skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, and body waxing. Strong background in spa services combined with excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures essential for maintaining a compliant work environment. Effective communication skills with the ability to educate clients about aesthetic treatments and skincare products. Prior experience in retail sales or promoting aesthetic treatments is highly desirable. Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and helping clients feel confident through personalized treatment plans.
