Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and body waxing, ensuring client comfort and safety. Deliver professional nail services such as manicures, gel manicures, and pedicures while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and disinfection procedures. Apply advanced techniques like nail art using color theory principles to create customized designs that meet client preferences. Educate clients on proper nail care, skincare routines, and product recommendations; upsell retail products effectively to boost sales. Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation standards and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure an exceptional experience from start to finish. Stay current with industry trends in esthetics, nails, and beauty treatments; participate in ongoing training sessions as needed. Support retail sales efforts by promoting products aligned with client needs while demonstrating excellent communication skills. Experience Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician and Nail Technician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in skin care treatments, nail services including gel manicures. Strong familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and client communication best practices. Knowledge of color theory for nail art design; experience with nail extensions and advanced esthetic procedures such as dermabrasion Excellent customer service skills coupled with the ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining professionalism. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering consistent quality service. Effective communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members alike.
