Your Responsibilities:

You are a skin care and wellness consultant! You will develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual skin needs. Create an excellent experience for all members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude Maintain a clean and presentable treatment room and supplies Maintain detailed treatment records (SOAP notes) for each client Have a team player personality Demonstrate a strong work ethic Professional manner, discretion, and appearance Be client's skincare consultant by assessing their needs and converting it into a specific treatment plan Foster a positive and supportive working environment Must carry liability insurance Must comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations as well as employer requirements Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualities:

Effective communicator that can connect with clients and start and maintain their skin care programs Experience with DiamondGlow, microdermabrasion, peels, LED, waxing, and NuFACE highly desirable but not required Experience with Dermalogica, Image, and NUFACE products as well as waxing Willingness to continue to expand your knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians Ability to work weekends If this matches your interests, then we'd love to hear from you!
