This is a unique opportunity for an experienced esthetician who enjoys both providing exceptional services and building relationships with clients . The ideal candidate is confident in the treatment room, professional and warm with clients, and understands that great client care includes helping clients stay consistent with their treatments and reaching their goals. We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, sales-minded, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of their schedule and client relationships. What You'll Do Front Desk & Client Experience Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming experience Answer phones, texts, and client questions professionally Schedule and reschedule appointments Help keep your schedule consistently booked Rebook clients before they leave Follow up with clients when appropriate Educate clients about additional services, packages, promotions, workshops, and events Identify opportunities to recommend additional services based on client needs Build strong client relationships that encourage long-term retention Assist with check-in, check-out, payments, and general front desk responsibilities Help maintain an organized and professional front desk and spa environment Communicate effectively with the rest of the team Help create and post content on social media Esthetics Responsibilities Perform high-quality facials, microneedling, laser/BBL/Moxi, DiamondGlow, dermaplane, peels and other esthetic services Conduct professional client consultations and make appropriate treatment recommendations Educate clients on skincare, treatments, products, and home care Create personalized treatment plans based on client goals Recommend appropriate enhancements, services, and products Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room Follow all sanitation, safety, and company protocols Provide an exceptional experience that encourages clients to return What We're Looking For Current Utah Master Esthetician license in good standing Experienced esthetician; med spa experience preferred Strong knowledge of professional skincare and facial treatments Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable making service and product recommendations Confident asking clients to rebook and commit to ongoing treatments Sales-minded without being pushy Reliable, punctual, and accountable Organized and able to multitask Comfortable using scheduling and computer systems Professional appearance and demeanor Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do Someone who genuinely enjoys helping clients and building lasting relationships Performance Expectations At Integrated Med Spa, we believe that client experience, client retention, and a healthy schedule go hand-in-hand. Success in this position will be measured by: Keeping your schedule consistently booked Rebooking and retaining existing clients New-client conversion Package and service recommendations Retail/product recommendations when appropriate Client satisfaction and overall experience Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork Taking initiative to help grow the business Schedule Part-time — approximately 15+ hours per week to start , with the opportunity for additional hours as the schedule and business grow.
