Vivum Lash Artistry is looking for a talented, dependable, and career-minded Lash Artist to join our team! We're a busy, established beauty studio in Bountiful specializing in customized lash extensions and lash lifts, with a strong focus on lash health, quality work, and creating an experience that keeps clients coming back. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves the beauty industry and wants to grow with a studio long-term. This position is best suited for someone who is motivated to build and maintain a clientele, continue improving their skills, and be an active part of our team. What You'll Be Doing As a Lash Artist at Vivum, you'll provide customized lash services while creating a welcoming, professional experience for every client.

Responsibilities include:

Performing classic, hybrid, volume and customized lash extension services Performing lash fills, removals and consultations Lash lifts and tints Creating customized lash maps based on each client's natural lashes, eye shape and desired look Educating clients on proper lash aftercare and maintenance Maintaining a clean, organized and properly disinfected workspace Taking quality photos and videos of your work Participating in social media and helping promote your work and the studio Recommending appropriate services and helping clients maintain a consistent appointment schedule Continuing education and participating in team trainings Supporting a positive, professional and team-oriented studio environment What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Currently licensed in Utah to perform lash services Trained and experienced in lash extensions Reliable, punctual and professional Friendly and confident communicating with clients Detail-oriented and committed to quality work Comfortable taking photos/videos and contributing to social media Motivated to build and retain a loyal clientele Open to feedback, education and continuing to improve Able to work independently while still being part of a team Looking for a long-term position and career in the beauty industry Schedule This position requires availability for two evenings per week until 7 PM and every other Saturday from 10 AM-4 PM. We want our artists to have flexibility and work-life balance, but consistent availability is important for building and maintaining a clientele. Compensation + What We Provide This is a W-2 commission-based employee position. Vivum provides the professional products and supplies needed to perform services, along with an established studio environment, booking system, marketing support, education and opportunities to grow your clientele. Most importantly, we want someone who wants to be part of what we're building. We care about creating a supportive environment where artists can grow their skills, build a successful clientele and have a long-term home in the beauty industry.
