Serving up to 90 residents, we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and resident-centered care. Position Summary We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team for full-time positions on AM, PM, and NOC shifts. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality care, supporting resident dignity, and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide safe transfers and repositioning to prevent injury and promote comfort Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff Support residents with meals and hydration Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Follow all infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures Promote a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents and staff Qualifications Current CNA certification in [State] Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred, but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must pass background screening and meet health requirements
Available Shifts AM Shift:
6:00 am to 2:00 pm
PM Shift:
2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
NOC Shift:
