Job Description
Oulmas Paris Aesthetics is seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team in Falls Church, VA. This role offers the opportunity to practice advanced aesthetic medicine in a boutique, patient-focused environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and design personalized treatment plans. Administer injectable treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and PRP/PRF. Perform laser and energy-based treatments (skin resurfacing, rejuvenation, pigmentation, vascular, and hair removal). Recommend and prescribe medical-grade skincare tailored to patient needs. Stay current with aesthetic trends, clinical techniques, and new technologies to maintain excellence in patient care. Document treatments accurately and consistently in compliance with HIPAA and practice protocols. Qualifications Current and unrestricted license in Virginia. Certification and hands-on experience with aesthetic injectables and/or laser treatments required. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and advanced skincare principles. Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional bedside manner. Passion for aesthetics and helping patients achieve results that look natural and refined. Ability to work independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team culture. EMR proficiency and strong documentation skills. What We Offer Competitive pay with growth opportunities. Compensation & Schedule Consistent hourly base pay commensurate with experience Opportunity to earn quarterly performance-based bonuses Flexible part-time or full-time schedule No late nights or weekends Hours Part-time to start (2 days/week). Transition to full-time (3-4 days/week) as patient demand grows.
