Role:
We're seeking a Licensed Esthetician to join our team full-time. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with clients, has a genuine passion for skincare, and is excited to build lasting client relationships through excellent service and treatment delivery. Newly licensed estheticians are welcome to apply, we provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you grow your skills and client base.

What You'll Do:
Perform facials and other esthetic services in line with your license and our service menu Conduct thorough skin consultations to understand each client's needs, concerns, and goals Recommend personalized treatment plans and home-care regimens Maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming treatment room in compliance with state health and safety regulations Build genuine rapport with clients to encourage rebooking and long-term retention Stay current on skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education Accurately document client treatment history and preferences Support front desk and retail sales as needed, including recommending professional products
What We're Looking For:
Active state Esthetician license (required) Strong communication skills and a warm, client-first attitude Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Comfortable with retail/product recommendation conversations Availability to work days/evenings/weekends, as needed
Preferred:
Licensed esthetician (Master Aesthetician or in Master Aesthetics school preferred) Previous experience in a med spa, facial studio, or wellness environment Passion for skincare and client education
