We are looking for someone who is passionate about skincare, professional, dependable, personable, and genuinely enjoys creating an exceptional experience for clients. This is a great opportunity for an esthetician who wants to grow within a modern, results-driven medspa environment. Virginia Esthetician License required. Master Esthetician license is preferred but not required. Responsibilities
- Perform customized facials and professional skincare treatments within your Virginia scope of practice
- Perform HydraFacial-style/hydrodermabrasion treatments
- Perform dermaplaning and other exfoliation services as permitted by license
- Perform chemical peels and advanced treatments if licensed to do so
- Perform brow and lash services
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care routines
- Educate clients on professional skincare products and treatment plans
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage client retention/rebooking
- Recommend and sell skincare products when appropriate
- Maintain clean, sanitized and organized treatment rooms
- Properly document treatments and client information
- Assist with scheduling, client communication and occasional front-desk responsibilities when needed
- Take before-and-after photos and assist with creating treatment-related social media content when needed
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the medspa team
- Maintain professional appearance, communication and customer service standards What We're Looking For
- Active Virginia Esthetician or Master Esthetician license —
REQUIRED
- Previous spa, medspa or skincare experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of skincare, skin conditions and professional treatments
- Confident performing facials and working directly with clients
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, reliable and punctual
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain high sanitation standards
- Comfortable recommending products and treatment plans without being overly sales-focused
- Friendly, polished and able to make clients feel comfortable
- Willingness to learn new protocols, products and treatment techniques
- Comfortable being photographed/filmed for occasional treatment and social media content is a plus Why Join Us?
